Our client is a Top 20 CM firm with multiple offices located throughout New England. We’ve been retained to find their next great Sr. Project Manager. This individual should have experience managing people and be an effective communicator, and should have experience taking projects out of the ground through punch out. Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $145,000 – $175,000 USD annualized. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
