The Dragons are Coming

“Dragons Are Coming” is an experiential learning game, which uses simulations to help teams develop skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. The game involves teams working together against a common threat, the dragons, which requires them to make decisions and manage resources to survive and succeed.  

  • Purpose: The game is designed to improve team dynamics and skills through a hands-on, high-pressure simulation.
  • How it works: Teams are placed in a situation where they must cooperate to defend against a dragon threat, focusing on strategy, decision-making, and resource management.
  • Key takeaways: The game is intended to help teams learn how to thrive under pressure, manage challenges, and improve their collaboration and leadership skills.
