Amy Allen

With 30 years of HR experience, Amy is an accomplished executive who has held leadership roles at Suffolk Construction, The Boston Globe, Staples, and other national organizations before launching her own consulting business. Amy’s expertise spans both tactical and strategic HR functions, making her a trusted partner to both executives and HR professionals. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Amy excels in areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, organizational development, policy development, HRIS, and executive coaching. Her focus is on helping organizations align their people strategies with overall business objectives. A graduate of Princeton University, where she was a goaltender for the varsity Women’s Ice Hockey team, Amy is passionate about animal rescue. She resides in Franklin, Massachusetts, with her husband, Mark.

Frank Levesque

With over 30 years of hands-on and strategic HR leadership and coaching experience, Frank specializes in helping small to medium-sized organizations grow and develop its managers and leaders. Frank is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coach and  Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  His leadership toolkit includes the Emotional Intelligence EQi2.0, DISC Behavioral and Korn Ferry Leadership Architects assessments, with a focus on long term sustainable behavioral change. Frank holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Management from Lesley University and has completed the “Authentic Leadership” Executive program at Harvard Business School. He lives on the South Shore with his family, including their Bernese Mountain Dog, Maisy. His passions include martial arts, drumming, traveling and spending time with his grown children.

Randy DiBartola

With a robust background in human resources spanning over 25 years, Randy’s expertise encompasses the entire employee development lifecycle, from recruitment to training and organizational growth. As a certified SHRM-SCP, Randy is committed to implementing HR solutions that align with business objectives and drive success. He has held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Suffolk Construction, Director of Workforce and Business Intelligence at Consigli Construction, and Director of People Operations at NEI General Contracting. Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA. He resides outside of Boston with his family and their yellow lab, and enjoys attending his sons’ sporting events, hiking, and mentoring young HR professionals.

Paula Mazzeo

Paula brings a wealth of expertise in project management, executive support, and organizational efficiency. Her career began at Verizon, where she spent nearly 30 years in roles spanning from Network Administration to Project Management. Paula later joined Cushman & Wakefield, supporting the Verizon Workplace Design and Construction team, where she managed special projects and staffing needs. Since joining Barnowl, Paula has applied her skills in client project administration, ensuring seamless project execution for clients. Paula lives in Holliston, Massachusetts, with her husband, Tony, and their two daughters.

Jenn Richardson

Jenn has a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. Jenn spent nearly a decade at Suffolk Construction within their Human Resources and Learning & Development teams, managing employee data, onboarding and offboarding programs, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Jenn’s experience also includes BHI Energy as an HR Employment Generalist, where she oversaw the new hire process, I-9 compliance, and employee records management. Jenn is committed to helping organizations maintain compliance while ensuring a smooth employee experience. Jenn lives in Whitman, Massachusetts, with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
