Role & Responsibilities
Their Wealth Planners support Senior Client Advisors and interact with other internal team members, clients, and external advisors. The role is a team-oriented position focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables, identifying planning opportunities and implementing client decisions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitoring cash flows, significant asset transfers and notable changes in the client net worth
Research financial planning projects
Coordinating client accounting activities with the operations team
Supporting the wealth planning and financial reporting teams with client specific projects and deliverables
A Successful Candidate Will Exhibit:
IMPORTANT: Associate level candidates require a minimum of 1 year, full-time, family office experience, either directly or indirectly with a single of multi-family office; Senior Associate applicants require additional experience. A CPA or CFP® designation is desired but not required. Other advanced degrees or related financial professional designations are beneficial.
Additional Information:
Schedule: Full time, Monday Friday 8:30 5:30. Opportunity for hybrid schedule.
Work Environment: Hybrid work environment available with a minimum of one day in the office.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 – $95,000 USD annualized.
